No, You're Not Dying

Forever 21 Called, They Said Grow Up

Being an adult isn't all it's cracked up to be, which is probably why so many people are holding onto the last time they felt joyous freedom: being in college. The stakes were lower, there were fewer responsibilities, and you existed in a bubble.

At some point, we all know we need to put our big kid pants on and grow up...but do you ever feel like you're the only one who did?

Today's episode covers why people find the transition from college to adulthood so difficult and the reasons why they don't want to move forward. We discuss why it's easy to idealize the past, what makes a 'pseudo-adult', and why it's okay to be in a different place than your peers (like when they're out clubbing and you're in bed by 9pm).

We also talk about why hindsight is 20/20, the fear of settling down, how to define your value system, and why growing up doesn't mean you can't still have fun.
